The holidays are almost finally over (if you´re in Spain, Jan 6th is the last holiday and it´s almost over) ! They got us over spent, over fed, and completely over it. We´re bloated, fat, happy, fulfilled, grateful but for some even sad, nostalgic or happy to see the holidays end. For most, ready to go back to our routines. But wait! Not just back to our regular ol´routines to our NEW routines, our NEW selves, our NEW year! January is symbolic for fresh starts, new beginnings, clean slates! So when ever you plan on starting this new you venture, whether it be on January 1st or January 7th (or if you´re me, on January 11th) have you started out by asking yourself the right questions about last years goals in order to see what you did wrong? Yes, you did something wrong! There was something you did that stopped you from achieving your goals in their tracks or at least in mid track. Was it your mindset or your environment? Was it something out of your control but fell victim to your sad thoughts and can´t seem to pull yourself out?
My theme this year: Be Inspired and Inspire Others!
This past year was truly a great one for many reasons both personally and professionally but it did also have it´s low points which is where I got the inspiration for my theme this year to BE INSPIRED AND INSPIRE OTHERS!
Last year was filled with many changes and new beginnings. It all started at the end of 2014 where my sister and I closed the shoe store (yes, this was a good thing) and I went back to Language Coaching and teaching English. Along with that, I decided to dust off my behavior analysis and personal life coaching skills.
Behavior Analyst and Personal Life Coach. Changing behavior one step at a time. Keeping things simple because it's easier that way.
