Achieving your personal goals: habit or motivation?

Sticking to your daily agenda/schedule
This post, I hope, will help you relate to your daily agenda and your big goal a little differently. My suggestion is to view achieving your goals similar to planning a road trip and every part of your goal as part of that journey. Then it slowly sinks in that you have to create a plan.
Starting your mindful journey with Kasia
This week we our guest speaker on Mejorar Mi Vida T.V. is Kasia Olszko, Mindfulness Coach & Founder of Mindful Workshop. She's here to jump start our mindfulness game. Kasia gave us a few suggestions and tips on the reasons why mindfulness can help you break the junk food habit.

Breaking up with junk food is hard. First, it's everywhere nowadays. Every store will have an aisle or more to temp us with savory, sweet, crispy, crunchy and sour. They make it too easy to fail your goals! Second, sugar is the new tobacco and unfortunately for us, sugar is in EVERYTHING! We know it's super addictive and it's seriously imbedded in all junk food making it so much harder to break up with our bag of chips.
Sticking to your exercise routine
