Last week, we talk about making friends as an adult by first going through our contacts list and reconnecting with those people first. This week, we're going to learn the Friends Recipe in order to reconnect or make new friends. Many will still argue why they even need to expand their circle of friends and network. I'll give you hint, we need friends to help us through the ebb and flow of life. I'll explain more a little later.
Sticking to your daily agenda/schedule
This post, I hope, will help you relate to your daily agenda and your big goal a little differently. My suggestion is to view achieving your goals similar to planning a road trip and every part of your goal as part of that journey. When you think of planning a road trip you automatically think of the destination and how beautiful it is. Maybe even think of how it will fee once you get there. Then it slowly sinks in that you have to create a plan.
