Good Morning sisters, I hear this a lot… “I want to do `xyz´”, “ I want to get organized”, “ I really need to start ‘abc’ ”, “I’m not ready yet but almost” What’s lacking in all of these is your self-confidence to feel like you CAN do it!
Listen up, Queens, it’s time to start chipping away at your goals that will mean finding your way back to your self-confidence, so please start now!! Start with anything! If your vehicle back to a stronger YOU means via nutrition, spirituality, fitness, volunteering, seeing a therapist, or starting with a coach, just do it! Start already but do it now because it’s no perfect time than the present.
Believe it or not, getting organized sometimes means battling with some demons and sometimes that demon is fear formed as an insecurity, scattered-ness, and total avoidance of the issue. Not “making time” to deal with this problem will only reinforce the habit loop and make a lot more difficult to address. You’ll also never address the emotional component of getting organized. What does getting organized mean to you? Does it mean finally becoming an adult? Does it mean becoming like your parents? Does it mean full responsibility of your life and of your family’s life? Does it mean becoming a serious mom? Whatever it means it’s probably attached to a “false” statement or behavior that you’ve associated with “getting organized”.
So start today and ask yourself any of the questions above and don’t judge your answer! Just acknowledge it and let it pass through you without adding anything to it.
DM me or post what you observed. I hope you have a super week!
