Habits are routine behaviors that produce the same results over and over because they are maintained by the same triggers and reinforcers or consequences.
In this video I start laying the foundation by reminding you of three very important truths. Why are they important?
Because we think that nothing should get in our way in order to do something consistently and if it does, we consider it a failure. The myth here is that we have cookie cutter days and this just isn't true. We have variability and because we're living life, we'll always have variability, ups and downs, and more or less of. Knowing that life comes with changes and accepting these truths, we can better manage unforeseen events.
