Your pay is based on how much you know. The knowledge you possess over a subject matter but you life goes beyond what you know professionally. We tend to juggle everything from home, kids, husbands, wives, extended family, personal projects, and hobbies. We often overlook these tasks as tasks that have any value because they aren't in a boardroom. Stop minimizing your skills and start talking about them!
Even sharing it with someone else (blogging/vlogging) will help remind you that you are have experience and if you're not practicing being bold and safely not rocking the boat then you're not doing yourself any favors. Staying in your safe space is great but it does nothing for you and your profession or business. It doesn't even do anything for those that love you, like your kids. They want to look up to you! Challenging yourself each day to do something out of your comfort zone will eventually become a habit and therefore something that you can mold and make your own. The more you try at it, the more you become an expert at it. Yes, that means even starting to blog or vlog! Remember, even if you "fail", I'm sure you can teach that skill of overcoming that personal struggle to someone in a similar situation. Trust me when I tell you, you're not living if you're staying in your safe space. We are here to live so get to it!
